Kundalini Yoga is known as the mother of Yogas and incorporates movement (poses), breathwork, mantra (sacred sounds) and meditation.
Each session starts with a short relaxation, followed by some breathing exercises before moving into the Kriya, which is a series of postures designed to target different aspects of life and areas of the body. After this we move into mantra which is a singing meditation and end with a deep relaxation. During the relaxation, there's a chance for Reiki or a mini Sound bath.
